We had an amazing experience using De Le Ronde for our wedding reception. From the beginning, Jenny made the process very easy while still involving us and making sure we were happy with the decisions being made. With how hectic planning a wedding can be, it was amazing to have someone help us to take care of so many of the essentials – cake, music choice, decorations, food, alcohol, etc… More than that, there were details we hadn’t even considered that Jenny brought up and helped us to plan, such as easels for pictures, the knife to cut the cake, furniture arrangement, tablecloths, etc… We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use De Le Ronde, which has only been reinforced by all of our friends and family constantly telling us what a great time they had celebrating our wedding. We are truly thankful.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception for about 125 people at De La Ronde Hall. It was everything we hoped for and more. Sarah and Jenny and the team at Ruffino’s are experienced professionals who think of every detail. This relieved all of my anxiety because I didn’t feel like I had to remember every little thing myself. Equally important to customer service, however, was that they delivered on the things that really mattered. We chose to focus on food, drinks and music because that’s what guests appreciate, especially in south Louisiana! It was all incredible. The food was off the hook! People are still talking about the shrimp and grits and bread pudding. Every single detail of our evening went as planned, was worth every dime spent and was so much fun. I can’t recommend De La Ronde enough. I wish I could do it all over again!

After careful consideration and several trips to Baton Rouge to visit venues, I chose Ruffino’s for the rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding in late December. Since the wedding was very large and very formal, I had to be sure that the rehearsal dinner would be one that we would be proud to host… Boy, did I choose the ideal place! EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect! From the first moment I met with Jenny, my concerns were put to rest. Nothing was too much trouble. She took care of my every need and request. The food was expertly prepared and delicious. We chose 3 entrees: an 8 oz. filet, a veal dish and a fish dish. All three were perfect! The open bar was ideal for our group. The wait staff was extremely attentive and professional. The room is beautiful and was exquisitely decorated for the Christmas season. My husband and I received many compliments from everyone in attendance. I highly recommend this beautiful place for any type of function. Great job, Jenny, and the entire staff!

Choosing De La Ronde Hall was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! From beginning to end, Jenny and Sarah took meticulous care of each and every detail and made sure I was informed on everything. Most importantly, when we were stressed or had something unexpected “pop up” at the most inopportune time, they were there to take care of it quickly, effectively and with a smile. A bride and groom could not ask for anything more.

On Saturday, December 16, 2017, we held our daughter’s wedding reception at Ruffino’s Catering at De La Ronde Hall. To say the least, it was all that we expected and more. The process began in March of 2017 when we first met with Jenny, the venue coordinator. Jenny was a lifesaver. She was patient and caring and sensitive to all of our questions and needs. Jenny explained all of the options very completely and did not pressure us to choose any one plan over another.

Throughout the months leading up to the wedding day, Jenny was always available to answer my questions and to calm my anxiousness about the wedding day. At our final meeting day before the “big day,” Jenny laid out the plan for the day from the minute we would step through the doors of the Hall until the minute the reception ended. Her thoroughness was comforting and calming.

On the day of the wedding, I didn’t think twice about the reception. I knew that the vendors would be handled and that everything from the flowers to the cake to the band would all be taken care of and that I did not need to worry about it. When we arrived at the Hall that evening, everything was beautiful. The decorations in the foyer, up the staircase and in the hall itself were stunning. Everything that Jenny explained would happen happened. The night was magical. The only regret I have is that the night didn’t last longer!!

I would recommend Ruffino’s Catering at De La Ronde Hall to anyone that is planning an event. The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, the staff was kind and efficient and Jenny was a dream to work with for 9 months! Thank you, Ruffino’s Catering, for making our experience the best ever.

This is the place to have your wedding reception for fabulous food, top-notch service, and outstanding staff! Our event was January 14, 2022, and we received so many compliments on how great the food was and also this being the best wedding reception ever. Food was served throughout the entire evening and the 2 bar stations were well staffed. Jenny and Chelsea are very organized and easy to work with. They take care of all the fine details so you don’t have to worry about anything. I cannot imagine having a reception anywhere else. Choose De La Ronde!
